PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The DeepBlue D-model by trafficnow – the most powerful roadside sensor in the world for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi tracking. The ideal maintenance-free, non-intrusive sensor for getting online travel time information and origin/destination information for improved infrastructure planning.

The specially designed DeepBlue AA antennas offer optimal dual-channel performance without interference, allowing detecting up to 12 lanes of traffic from the side of the road. The design allows quick mounting on poles, making it very suitable for non-intrusive highway installations. An auto-configured, easy-to-install side-fire Sensor that detects the wireless signals from vehicles; from hands free sets, smart phones and GPS systems.

The sensor combines maximum robustness for roadside operation with optimal performance through its high-sensitivity Bluetooth module and powerful internal antenna.

As of 2020 the DeepBlue Sensor models are all delivered with 3 radios as standard, the typical consumption is 1.8W without the internal modem, and 3.5W including the modem.
